Pat and Gretchen Roe have never met a stranger and love to share their passion for bee-keeping and farming with their many friends and farm visitors. Married for 40 years, the Roes have six children, five grandchildren, three dogs (+ seven grand-dogs, two grand-cats, & a grand-rabbit), eight pigs, 50 chickens, two roosters, and probably 1 million two hundred and fifty thousand bees, give or take.

Natives to Hendersonville, Pat's career in sales transplanted them to the north for 20 years where they lived near Annapolis, Maryland. They came home to these three acres of Blue Ridge Mountain paradise in 2014.
